Context
Sixteen seats around an open hearth, one seating a night, cooked entirely over fire.
Everything here happens at the temperature of the fire. The old site happened at the temperature of a spreadsheet. We closed that gap.
The problem
The booking page felt like any other — bright, busy, urgent — and burned off the intimacy before guests arrived.
Approach
We turned the lights down to the glow of the coals and let the fire be the only motion.
One seating, one story: the evening unfolds as a single held breath.
The reservation became a small ceremony, not a transaction.
